Process servers deliver legal documents to individuals involved in a court proceeding.

A process server must be registered with the county, licensed and bonded. A seasoned and knowledgeable Process Server is aware of the type of documents that he or she is serving. There are time restraints on most documents, and must be served properly and timely. Once the process server has completed the service of process they must correct what is called a proof of service. A proof of service must be filed with the court in order to go further on with any action. The Process Server will either send the original to the client and our file it with a court with an original and two copies.
